Quincy’s lighter, cleaner and easier to service QCS condensate purifiers replace the old gravity separators. The QCS removes all compressor fluids, including polygycols. Several sizes are available to allow for single or multiple unit configurations. Disposable filter cartridges facilitate easy removal and disposal of contaminated condensate.

Cycling DryerMost Efficient Drying Technology Available
These units save energy by cycling the refrigeration on and off in response to demand. A three-stage heat exchanger system is employed to provide the cold storage necessary for the operation.

High Pressure FiltersQuincy’s aluminum alloy, 750 psig, high pressure filter lineup offers two levels of coalescing and an activated carbon absorber. The coalescers remove various levels of liquid aerosols and the activated carbon absorber removes vapor and odors. Quincy’s line of 316 stainless steel filters offer a stainless steel tie rod design on 1,500 and 5,000 psig models.

Mist EliminatorsThe Quincy Mist Eliminator is a heavy-duty coalescing type filter engineered to efficiently remove oil, particulate, and water from compressed air. By using a combination of impaction, interception and Brownian Movement, the Quincy Mist Eliminator achieves 100% efficiency in removing particles 3 micron and larger, 99.98% of 0.1 micron and larger and 99.5% of 0.01 micron and larger. Typical pressure drop is less than 1 psig. Average element life in continuous service is 10 years.

Q Split Series 700 CFM - 9,000 CFM
Q Split Condensate Purifiers employ a unique splitting agent to remove dirty, emulsions and lubricants from contaminated condensate. The Q Split is equipped with a microprocessor and alarm to electronically monitor splitting agent condition, filter pack condition and condensate levels.

Standard Filters
Quincy’s Standard Filtration lineup consists of the three most common types of filters used in compressed air systems: Particulate, Coalescer and Absorber. Aluminum housings with threaded NPT connections are used for flows up to 1530 acfm and steel housings with flanged connections are used for flows up to 16,500 acfm.
